Butterfly’s rock 2011

Ink, purple color. Nose - layered and complex, developed by the minute: coffee, smoked meat, caramel with butter, vanilla, blackcurrant jam and blueberry, black olive and spices. The body is powerful, yet tight, flexible and elegant with many well preserved fresh fruit in the mouth, with velvety tannins that issue, however solid potential for aging in the cellar.

Wine that can be drunk now, but can be kept for at least 5-8 years. Serve it with appropriate dishes with intense flavors and sauces that include beef, pork, lamb, beef or wild boar.
